Diane is an Associate based in the Rockville, Maryland office, with 40 years of experience representing both businesses and individuals in various types of corporate and commercial transactions. Diane works primarily in the areas of commercial law, commercial transactions, commercial real estate transactions, secured transactions, and preparation and negotiation of commercial leases for office space and retail space.

Prior to joining the firm Diane represented clients in various types of corporate/commercial transactions, commercial real estate transactions, and drafting and negotiating various commercial leases, including leases involving national retailers and national restaurant chain tenants. Prior to that Diane worked for over ten years as Vice President and In-House Division Counsel for a nationwide finance company and equipment lessor. Diane began her legal career in private practice where she represented both business entities and individual clients in the areas of commercial law, commercial transactions, secured transactions creditors’ rights, employment matters and commercial real estate transactions.
